Welcome to the Tuesday Mid-week edition of PPD - I’m your guide, veteran GOP political consultant Christopher Nicholas.

It’s clear the presidential race has jumped the shark here in the Commonwealth folks…and it’s about time to change the name of our segment on the that race from Indifference ‘24 to Frenzy ‘24...

Before we get into it today, a note about our publication schedule from now through the election and election week:

1. Today, Oct. 22 - the state of the State, along with our own reader survey of the presidential race

2. Friday, Oct. 25 regular issue with our own poll of the senate race

3. Next Tuesday, Oct. 29 will include our Look Ahead at the Att. General race

4. Next Friday, Nov 1 will include a final review of all the hottest campaigns in the state, including a general look at the state House/Senate races

5. Sunday, Nov. 3, Election Preview, including my predictions, and where you can find me on TV and radio on Nov. 5th.

6. During election week it’s looking like I will publish editions on Tuesday…
